Diuretic Diet - Diet grape-based
The grape diet is a diet diuretic and detoxifier that helps flush out toxins and makes you glowing skin and body purified. Grapes are rich in water and potassium, two elements that promote diuresis and the elimination of waste and is also rich in vitamins (especially A, C, Bl, B2 and PP) and mineral salts. The grape diet is not recommended for those suffering from bowel disorders and irritable bowel syndrome and in any case it is always advisable to consult a doctor before following a diet.

Tuesday Breakfast: 125g low-fat yogurt Lunch: 120 g + 25 g of mixed salad crackers Snack: 120 grams of grapes Dinner: 140 g of boiled olive tree wood beans in a frying pan with 140g of peeled and 1 teaspoon of olive oil + 50g of soy bread + 125g of fruit yogurt + 70 g of grapes
Wednesday olive tree wood Breakfast: 125g low-fat yogurt + 120 g of grapes olive tree wood Lunch: 125g of fruit yogurt + 25 g + 120 g of grapes olive tree wood crackers Snack: 120 grams of grapes Dinner: 80g veal cutlet breaded and baked with 2 teaspoons of oil olive oil + 220 g of Catalonia with 2 teaspoons of olive oil + 50g of wholemeal bread
Thursday Breakfast 125g low-fat yogurt + 120 g of grapes Lunch: 50g of braised lentils with 50 g of peeled and 1 teaspoon of olive oil + 25 g + 200 g of grapes crackers Snack: 125g of fruit yogurt Dinner: Kebabs with Grapes + 50g of bread
Friday Breakfast: 125g low-fat yogurt + 120 g of grapes P ranzo: mixed salad prepared olive tree wood with 100 g of boiled potatoes, 40 g zucchini, peppers 40 g, 30 g carrot, 1 egg and 1 teaspoon of oil + 25 g cracker + 120 g of grapes Snack: 125g of fruit yogurt Dinner: 140 g of veal past in a pan with 170g of peeled and 1 teaspoon of olive oil + 50g of soy bread + 120 g of grapes
Saturday Breakfast: 125g low-fat yogurt Lunch: 120 g of grape salad prepare it with 100 grams of fennel, chicory 50 g, 50 g of corn, 2 tablespoons low-fat yogurt + 50g of wholemeal bread + 120 g of grapes Snack: 125g fruit yogurt Dinner: 120 g of beef cooked in a frying pan or grill with 2 teaspoons of olive oil + 25 g + 120 g of grapes crackers
Sunday Breakfast: 125g low-fat yogurt + 120 g of grapes Lunch: 125g of fruit yogurt + 25 g + 120 g of grapes olive tree wood crackers Snack: 30 g of common biscuits Dinner: Flounder topped with lemon and a drizzle of olive oil + 100 g of cooked beans with 1 teaspoon of olive oil diet grape ...
