It took me three trips to India before falling in love with this country, its people, its culture and above all of his food. At the third time in the Indian subcontinent has struck the spark, and now I'm a big fan of his. Even the food was so wary at first, then intrigued and passionate now. SAMOSA tasty snacks found in all street kiosks, the samosas are the kings of Indian street food. Triangles of flour dough fried or baked and stuffed with potatoes, peas, lentils, onions and much more depending on the version. Perfect as a snack or as an appetizer.
PAKORA The pakora are close cousins of samosas, where the chickpea flour takes the place of the traditional one. Even in this case, the filling can be done with different ingredients, almost always vegetables or paneer typical soft cheese Indian.
Dal Makhani In this typical dish of Punjab, the black version of the lentils or is combined with red beans, creating a rich and substantial dish, but especially delicious to eat with rice or bread. It is served either as a main course or as a side dish.
TANDOOR The tandoor oven is a typical f&n dairy native of Punjab and now spread f&n dairy all over India where you cook among many things, perhaps the most famous dish of Indian cuisine, tandoori chicken. Chunks of chicken marinated with yogurt sauce, masala and various spices, including red chili powder that gives it its characteristic color vermilion.

Its variant thicker is the Roti. My favorite is definitely the Naan, more rich, spicy and greasy food is also delicious f&n dairy on its own and in particular its variants cheese "Cheese Naan" or stuffed with peas and potatoes "Stuffed Naan".
