Food prices fell in June for the third month in a row, pressured by lower prices of cereals and herbal fat that influenced the improved prognosis for this year, the agency of the United Nations Food - FAO.
The index of the price of a basket of food products landed in June of average 206 points, a drop in prices by 1.8 percent over May.
